We have been remodeling and building in North San Diego County since 1989, with over Twenty years of experience.
Our Company is family owned and operated. All of our clients receive personal, respectful attention to every detail of their custom homes, room additions and remodels.
Our pricing is extremely competitive and sensitive to the prevailing economic conditions.
We build all types of residential structures – from tract homes, custom homes, double and single-story room-additions, total demolition and re-building of existing homes, kitchen and bathroom remodels, to the refurbishment of Homeowner Association (HOA) communities.
We carry both Multi-family Dwelling General Liability insurance and Worker’s Compensation insurance.
We only work with experienced, quality subcontractors whom we know will exceed expectations.
We are accustomed to working with escrow and other fund control companies, for the customer requiring the peace of mind of this service. In this way, the funds are controlled by a third party who pays the Contractor, Sub-Contractors and suppliers at certain milestones (verified by the fund control) during the project.
