We were awarded the contract to build Serenity Village by submitting the lowest bid. The Village consists of eight single family houses each with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We built this project from the ground up on a raw parcel of land on East Second Avenue in Escondido. For comment on this project please contact the Housing Department at the City of Escondido.

This property was remodeled in 6 weeks. 1300 square foot of carpet was replaced with Travetine and the kitchen and three bath rooms were modernized. New base board was installed throughout. Popcorn ceilings were scraped, textured, primed and painted for a fresh, modern look.
